Wuyi Mountain Oolong

A delicious roasted oolong tea with sweet, stone fruit notes. Wuyi teas are generally dark, spanning the range between black teas and darker oolongs, and are typically twisted into ​thin strips rather than curled into a ball shape like ​Anxi​ or ​Taiwan​ oolong teas. Prepared in the historical style of roasting leaves, this oolong has a superb roasted and slightly smoky sweet note and a real depth of flavor.

S​teeping:​ 4 g at 185°F for 3 - 5 minutes. Can be steeped multiple times
